What is the difference between the Pro and Performance?
The Pro has a raw carbon fiber face, while the Performance has a regular carbon fiber face. Raw carbon has a rougher feel that adds spin and power on the ball. It costs more to produce, which is why the Pro is priced higher.
Both are great options, but we recommend the Pro for more serious players.
Which paddle should I choose?
Not sure? Start with the Pro. It's our best seller and the most balanced of the three. The Performance is a great entry-level paddle, and the Blitz is our premium option with a Kevlar-blend face.

Are Slash paddles USAP approved?
No. Slash paddles are not USAP approved, so they are not intended for USAP-sanctioned events. All three paddles (Performance, Pro and Blitz) are PMA approved.
If you play in a specific league or tournament, check its equipment rules before you buy.
Shipping
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
We ship all our paddles from our headquarters in Guelph, Ontario.
All orders ship within 1 day of being placed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on our paddles. You can return or exchange a paddle within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking number. After 30 days, it can't be returned.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a $20 restocking fee applies.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us with your order number and we'll take it from there. You can also email info@slashpickleball.ca.
Warranty
Is there a warranty on the paddles?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 6 months (180 days). If your paddle breaks because of a defect, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Defects are usually noticeable on first use. If you run into any issues, email us at info@slashpickleball.ca.
